OSHONIC products are dispatched from our Melbourne facility. Choose from standard delivery or collection by appointment from Epping.

Delivery

Delivery is available to most Australian addresses. Because OSHONIC products are large or fragile items, delivery is arranged after your order is placed so that handling and access requirements can be confirmed before dispatch.

After placing your order, OSHONIC will contact you to confirm the delivery arrangement, access requirements, and any applicable delivery charge before dispatch.

Delivery charges and transit times depend on the product, order size, and destination. These will be confirmed in writing before your order is dispatched.

Collection from Epping

Collection by appointment is available from:

Entry is via the Caltex service lane on Cooper Street. Parking is available on site. Collection arrangements will be confirmed with you after your order is placed.

Installation

OSHONIC products require licensed plumbing installation. Delivery does not include installation. If you require an installation referral, contact us and we will assist where possible.
