What is a smart toilet?
A smart toilet combines a toilet with built-in cleansing functions. Comfort and control features vary by model.
How do I choose an Aura model?
Start with the installation format and power arrangement. Use Find Your OSHONIC to narrow the range, then compare the features that matter to you.
Do smart toilets require electricity?
Horizon X, Zenith, Float and Edge use mains power. Aura Flex uses eight AA batteries for its electronic controls and provides cold-water cleansing.
Can I replace my existing toilet?
A replacement may be possible, depending on your plumbing, available space and the model you choose. Your installer can check the setup before you order.
How should I plan installation?
Choose your model, review the installation documents and share them with your licensed plumber. Check electrical requirements where the model uses mains power.
Where can I view OSHONIC products?

What product documentation is available?

Which compliance marks apply?
Compliance is product-specific. WaterMark, WELS and RCM information is shown only where it applies to the particular product. For WaterMark products, use the model-specific certificate details or the official WaterMark database. Email hello@oshonic.com.au if you need supporting documentation.
