Welcome to OSHONIC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OSHONIC website (oshonic.com.au), our online store, and all products and services we provide. By accessing our website, browsing our products, or making a purchase, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please cease using our website.

1. Definitions

"OSHONIC," "we," "us," or "our" refers to A2N2 Pty Ltd (ACN 675 108 479), trading as OSHONIC, of Unit 3/543 Cooper Street, Epping VIC 3076, Australia.
"You" or "your" refers to the person accessing our website or purchasing our products.
"Website" refers to oshonic.com.au and all associated pages and services.
"Products" refers to smart toilets, standard toilets, smart bidets, water systems, and related items sold by OSHONIC.
"Australian Consumer Law" or "ACL" refers to Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or making a purchase, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and Warranty Policy.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Products and Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the physical product. Specifications are provided in good faith and may be updated at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify Inc. and our payment providers.

6. Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your products or confirm acceptance in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or payment concerns. If we cancel after payment, a full refund will be issued.

7. Delivery
Delivery is currently available to Melbourne metropolitan addresses. Delivery to other Australian areas is being progressively added. If your location is not currently available at checkout, please contact hello@oshonic.com.au before ordering. Charges and timeframes are confirmed after your order is placed based on your product, location, and access requirements. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Risk passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

8. Installation
All OSHONIC plumbing products must be installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable Australian plumbing standards. Delivery does not include installation.

9. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms. OSHONIC does not accept change-of-mind returns. Claims for manufacturing defects and transit damage are supported in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Warranty
Products come with manufacturer warranties covering manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by product and are detailed on each product page. Our Warranty Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSHONIC excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant products. Nothing limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

13. Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of A2N2 Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use content without our prior written permission.

14. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

15. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites linked from our site.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

17. Dispute Resolution
Contact us first at hello@oshonic.com.au to attempt informal resolution within 30 days before pursuing formal remedies.

18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
