2) Comfort layer renewal
Internal comfort layers are renewed as part of the factory process.
3) Foam and feel calibration
Foam profile and comfort feel are calibrated as part of the renew program.
4) Outer fabric and finishing refresh
Upholstery presentation is refreshed to a clean, customer-ready standard.
5) Sanitisation and hygiene treatment
Each unit receives sanitation and hygiene treatment before final checks.
6) Final product quality release
A final product quality check is completed before the mattress is listed for sale.
